Awareble

Continuous insight into your body

What your body
does all day.
Without a needle.

A band on your arm that continuously reads what is in your sweat. Without a needle, without a blood draw. Until now the only way to learn anything about your body chemistry was a blood test, a couple of times a year. Awareble simply keeps measuring: during the day, while you train, and at night while you sleep. So you see not one moment, but how you are actually doing.

What you see Six things · one band
01

Drinking

Fluid

Your sweat gets saltier the further behind on fluid you are. So you can see what you need to drink, instead of guessing.

02

Salt

Topping up

How much salt you actually lose, which differs enormously between people. Water alone does not always fix it.

03

Load

Exertion

How hard your body is working. A busy day counts just as much as a workout.

04

Recovery

Afterwards

Whether you are genuinely recovered, or only look rested.

05

Heat

Warmth

What heat is doing to you on top of everything else — in summer, in a sauna, or on a hard day.

06

Your pattern

Week after week

What is normal for you, and when you drift away from it. Not compared to an average in a table, but to yourself.

Not the average. Your own normal.

Because the band keeps measuring, it learns what is normal for you: your resting values, your daily rhythm, how you respond to a hard day and how long you take to come back.

So you are not compared to an average in a table, but to yourself. That is what makes a change meaningful — it means something actually shifted, rather than that you sit somewhere unusual on a population curve.

Nothing to replace.

The band is designed to keep working for years rather than days. No strips, no patches, no consumables to reorder, nothing that has to be swapped out to keep the measurement running.

Where we stand

The core principle has been demonstrated. The measurement principle has been shown in the laboratory; validation in real sweat is under way. After that it is roughly a year to the first bands on the body.

The programme
