This site describes the principle rather than the mechanism. That is a deliberate choice: patent protection for the underlying technology is being pursued, and premature public disclosure would irreparably damage it.
A technical memorandum is available under a non-disclosure agreement. It covers the sensing architecture, the measurement approach, the modelling work and the current state of validation. Ask for it by email and we will send the agreement first.
Research and validation partners who can help take the measurement from the bench to real bodies under real conditions. Clinicians who can say where a continuous signal would and would not change anything. Coaches and performance staff who know what a sensor has to do to be taken seriously.
And critics. Knowing what to stay away from, and which pitfalls sit in this kind of measurement, is worth more to us at this stage than agreement.
